OBD II Cable – Provides power to tool and communicates between tool and vehicle. I got mine in the middle of this month (August 2009) and have already used it to help fix a VW Jetta with a misfire. I also just purchase the Harbor Freight Cen-Tech 98614. I bought a Cen-Tech scanner from harbor Frieght.
